A new business coming in Miri after their success in winning the Shell Live Wire 2019. I am very happy to them because they are Amazing Couple.
So this business established in 2016 and become hyper active this recent month. So, without wasting a lot of time. I ordered their 3 pies which I going to express them now. Let’s dig the food.
Chicken Pie
What a nice fragrance coming out from the pie. When you take a bite of it. You will feel soft mincing chicken meat melting into your mouth together with veges and spices. If you like chicken taste, I would said you will hardly sense it cause it already absorbed with tasty sauce that really suit my taste. Is like in a forest and you sitting at Wooden bench chitchat with Daiger while the chicken dance around you spreading all the veges and spices fragrance on you. Oh, it so good.
Lamb Pie
Fuyoh…. I tell you, if you are lamb fans ahhh, this you must try ahhh. No regret to buy it. Both my wife and I approved it is the best lamb pie in Miri. Astaga! (Oh my goodness) the pie is mixed so well with the lamb strong sense and marvelous sauce and merge into a whole new world (a paradise that bring lamb flavor to the beloved people to stay forever in the place). The lamb meat is not that hardy to chew and of course it wouldn’t melt like crazy, you still need to bite it. It is perfect combination and I personally like it the most. The Lamb Pie worth more of the price.
P/S: I can tell you, 1 lamb pie wouldn’t be enough for you.
Beef (Rendang) Pie
This is good. Really suit to our Asian people who like spicy. But due to my health, I no longer able to consume too much spicy. sad sad.. Still wouldn’t stop me to enjoy my life. Rendang is nicely cook and suit my taste well. Most important, the beef is not been fried into Crispy, else it is not a rendang (Learn from MasterChef). Beef Pie able to maintain the spicy, rich and creamy coconut milk, flavorful spices and beef taste in it which make you really enjoy the ride of beef along the herbs garden with coconut river flowing around field. Oh, it so amazing. Does the price worth? Yes, it do.
