If you want to find Bacon in Miri, normally can be found in mall and made from other country or state. It can be eaten on its own to flavour dishes. In 2018, a young entrepreneur open up a miri local homemade bacon and ham call The Meat Delicacy (TMD).
He smoked the meat until 70% cook and do the packing before he froze the bacon and ham. I am excited to try his ham and bought two types of bacons, rosemary bacon and back bacon original. Once order been made, he will send the bacon and ham to you. He will teach you on how to cook. So, I follow his instruction and complete my breakfast for my family.
