Miri: Sebuah Bistro, De Bomb Station buka di kawasan komersial Senadin berhampiran Curtin Universiti. Suasana menawan matamu dan masakan barat yang menyentuh hatimu. Ia amat sesuai kepada semua golongan (kanak-kanak, muda, tua) untuk menyaji makanan yang lazat.

Okay, enough with my limited bahasa Malaysia (BM). Let me introduce a bistro in Senadin area. De Bomb Station Bistro offer western cuisine with its wonderful atmosphere. I know the entrepreneur because he is my ex-student. From engineer become chef is kinda taboo for a lot of people mindset. Why become chef if study 4 years in different background? However, I don’t think in that way. It is never too late to change other profession at least he learnt certain skills in Engineering and who know he implement it in his current work. I am impressive with his courage to do what he love/ passion with. It might not give the exact salary as engineering but he enjoy his life (I love chit-chat with my students and he always share his experience in fishing and cooking during his study).

When I knew he opened up the bistro, I went there to have my family dinner. I enjoyed the meal and suit my taste very well. 1st time fail to meet him because he is too busy in kitchen. 2nd time, I success meeting up with him and have great chat. I encourage him to follow his Goal and Vision as managing business is not easy as everyone look.

Oh… My family very stingy on food. The taste not good, will be banned forever. Yup, very serious, once ban, you will never see us again. Hahahaha. My family approved the place when I bring them to celebrate my son birthday. They all satisfied with the meals and I am happy with it.

Homemade

The ingredients are made by themselves. I really want a healthy dishes for my family (ps: french fries not a healthy dishes but at least it is not process food). I am fine with De Bomb Station for they start from the raw ingredients.
