Do you ever doubt or question towards your faith? This film does. The movie released on 29 September 2017. It is involving a tragedy that force three families to cross path. I personally think it is tough to follow the God Path or believe the Fate when this tragedy come.
Three Families
Pastor’s Family
Pastor David Newman is busy handling his father’s church work while break his promises with his twelve year old son, Eric. One day, Eric has a basketball match and Pastor David Newman unable to pick him up on time and knocked down by Maria who like to text while driving. Eric went into a permanent coma and doctor suggested end his life and donated his heart to Michelle who has heart failure. It is a tough decision for Pastor David and his wife to give up his son and forgive Marie for what she done.
Single-parent Family
Kate Hernandez is a single-parent that own a local restaurant. She had a daughter, Maria who success to enter college. However, she accidentally hits Eric while testing and driving in her car which sent her to jail. Kate search for lawyers to help her daughter but none of them could do anything.
Financial problem Family
John Danielson is bad attitude that lead his construction company fall. He keep complaining and whining on people without admits his problem. He sees his daughter, Michelle who singing career is arising to solve his financial problem. During auditioning for a major record label, Michelle collapses and find out she has heart problem. She is fortunate for Eric’s heart is on time.
Crossroad
All three families are crossing each other paths that lead each family member deals with their issues and start questioning their faith and God Loves to guide their lives. A chain events that brings the three families closer and closer together.
Overall it is a nice movie. I cried a few times watching the movie even I repeating it. I come across this movie when I was assigned to search some Christian movie for my Church Fellowship. If you have a question towards your Faith, it would be useful to you. Watch it..
My Case
I come across to Question my Faith when I had gallstone attack. I start to question my God. I wonder why I can get gallstone attack in young age. I don’t drink and smoke. I do exercises and eat healthy food often. I said why fat guy, smoker and drinker dont have the problem. Why me? A sudden strike, I doubting my God when I asking the question. I ask forgiveness and pray for everything. I know this is a minor case for some of you but for me it is big for some reason. Just hope you all can be strong and spiritually growth.
